The Bacchi oil company is born from the experience of the members in the oil sector, an experience that has been handed down for three generations.
The olive groves are extended over an area of about 40 hectares, in a hilly area exposed to the sun that enhances the organoleptic characteristics of the oil.
Thanks to technologically advanced machinery every phase of oil extraction is carefully followed, in full respect of the environment, managing to maintain the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics unaltered.
We select the best Sicilian oils, coming from both our own olive groves and a careful selection of our customers’ oils. The knowledge of the territory, of the olive groves, of the phases of ripening of the olives and of the extraction of the oil allows us to find in our oils the scents and flavors of Sicily.
