It all began in 1836 in Cremona, when Enea Sperlari realized the commercial potential of the typical dessert of the Cremonese tradition: the nougat. It’s been 175 years from that fundamental insight, and today we celebrate an anniversary is a milestone and a starting point for new challenges. Much more than a simple figure, is experience and passion.

The secret of this success lies in combining tradition and modernity, past and future, ancient recipes and attention to new flavors, excellent raw materials and use of cutting-edge production techniques. We kept the passion for craftsmanship, combining the guarantee of a strong management capabilities.
So, after having won the hearts of many generations of Italians who brought us on their table in the most important holiday of the year, we also relied on other occasions of consumption, reinventing the goodness with various delicacies.
