In the charming countryside of the south-east of Bari, precisely in Turi, the Di Bari Tarall’Oro pasta factory was born in 1982. Initially as a tarallificio, this activity immediately set itself the main objective of being able to satisfy the needs of consumers. In fact, after a few years, he decided to offer his customers new products, while maintaining the usual quality, thus launching a new line which this time involves the production of artisanal pasta which immediately found a good response on the market.

The production takes place with the use of extra calibrated semolina obtained by extraction from the best durum wheat of the Murge.
